It’s 4th day of Ramadan and I do fasting to try out how it feels. Honestly I already feel shaky on the first few minutes ? I guess my body is really low on sugar and I was dehydrated for more than 12 hours. But I’m glad that I’m doing this, it makes me understand my body better and after this I can give a better program for my clients who fasting.
I’ll try to fulfill this fasting for the whole month and do come back and check out on my next video ☺️
